CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations or reschedules must be done 24 hours prior to appointment. • %50 is an additional fee of the scheduled service will be charged for no call no shows. (Not including deposit) • All deposits are non refundable/ non transferable. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. No guest or children are allowed ALLERGIC REACTIONS You must understand that at any time there is a risk of allergic reaction to eyelash extensions, eyelash removal and any products used in these procedures. Allergic reactions are beyond your beauty therapists responsibility or control. If you experience any of the following symptoms it is your responsibility to see a doctor, at your own expense. Symptoms may include (but not limited to) redness, swelling, itching, any other form of irritation to the area in question. You must understand there are no refunds for services once completed. If irritation occurs within 48 hours of having eyelash extensions applied, you should contact us to discuss what the cause may be, the extensions will likely have to be removed (removal is free of charge within 3 days of them being applied).
